The Kaltenecker-Haus contains several appartments and rooms with bathroom. 2-5 people can be placed in the house, so we can accomodate groups, with more than 2 people. The appartments have kitchen, the rooms with bathroom have refrigerators, coffeemachines, utensils and a microwave oven can also be asked for. All appartments have cable television and bench or terrace. The house has a nice well-groomed garden and a closeable parking lot. It is situated in a similar neighbourhood. The Kaltenecker-Haus is only 600 metres from the Lake Balaton. There is a shopping possibility in the nearby supermarket, there are several restaurants 300 metres from the house, and the downtown is only 800 metres away. The Kaltenecker Haus is open for any distress in the whole year.
